Can I use the Small Claims procedure?

The Small Claims procedure in the District Court takes a consumer claim against a business, minor damage to your property, a holiday or short-let deposit, or a business claim for goods or services, up to €2,000, for a fee of €25 and with no costs awarded either way. Debts, personal injury and tenancy disputes go elsewhere. Enter your claim and see whether it fits.
