Where do I keep the dates?

Checked 15 Oct 2026District Court Rules, Order 101 and the Fines (Payment and Recovery) Act 2014.

A private case file in your own browser: each piece of paper and each court date with its note, the clocks drawn from them (the next date, the 14 days to appeal a decision, a fine's due date, a warning when a date has passed with nothing after it), the figures from the other tools, the evidence you attach, and what to bring on the day. It is stored on your device only, exports as a file, and is never sent anywhere. Nobody facing a summons should be asked to create an account.

Opening your case file…

The case file is a record. It does not lodge anything with the court, and the clocks it draws are the same rules as the court date tool and the fine planner, from the dates you enter.
